When are my totes delivered?
3 to 7 days before your move, dropped at your current home. We text you a photo the moment they land, so you know they're there before you even look out the window.
How long is the rental window?
Two weeks, included in every package. Need longer? Extra weeks run $25 for Starter, $35 for Essential, $45 for Full House and $55 for Whole Home.
What if I need more totes?
Size up at booking; switching to a bigger package before delivery is easy. If you just need more time, extra weeks can be added anytime.
Is delivery really included?
Yes. Delivery to your current home and pickup from your new home are included in every package, along with the dolly, a permanent marker and index cards for room labeling.
What happens to damaged totes?
We inspect every tote at pickup and pull anything damaged at restock. Every tote is sprayed, wiped, sanitized and air-dried between rentals.
Who is PACK'D good for?
Anyone moving: first apartments, whole houses, downsizers, parents, landlords, realtors gifting clients. If you have stuff, we have bins.
Does the dolly come with it?
Yes. One tote dolly ships with every order. Stack 'em high and roll out.
